Rhythm & Rêverie InBa 2026 presents the Kathak solo by renowned artist Pt. Rajendra Gangani in collaboration with Basel-based musicians (vocals, sarod, percussion, harmonium). Kathak, a classical dance form from North India, combines intricate rhythm, expressive storytelling, and live musical dialogue. The work explores the balance between structured movement (rhythm) and creative imagination (rêverie), creating a dynamic interplay between discipline and freedom.
